WHAT DESTINATIONS WE SHIP TO
Domestic Shipments: Currently, we ship orders in the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
International Shipments: We ship to Europe and America.
Once your order has been confirmed, it will not be possible to modify or cancel it. In this case you will have to initiate a return process once the package has been received.
Orders will be shipped as soon as possible within a period that will vary depending on the availability of the item. This time will vary from the same day to 7 working days from the moment the order is paid.
However, when this deadline cannot be met, we will contact you to let you know the new delivery date and ask for your agreement to make the shipment.
In periods of campaigns delivery times may be delayed.

TYPES OF SHIPMENT:
- HOME DELIVERY: You will receive your order at the shipping address you provide in your order. From the moment you receive the shipping confirmation, it will be delivered the next day except in the Balearic Islands which may take 72 hours.
- SHIPPING TO THE POST OFFICE: Your order will be sent to the post office of your choice, from the moment you receive the shipping confirmation it will be available in 48/72 hours in the office.

If you are not satisfied with the pieces purchased, the maximum period for returns is 10 calendar days from receipt of the order by the customer.
If THE OBRADOIRO detects that the product has been used beyond the mere verification, manipulated or damaged by negligence or other factor unrelated to the nature of the product itself will not be possible to make the return.

If the order was returned to origin because the logistics company could not deliver it due to negligence of the same to the recipient, THE OBRADOIRO will bear all the costs of the first reshipment. In the case that the logistics company had operated correctly, THE OBRADOIRO will not be responsible for the reshipment. If the order had been charged before shipping, the amount of the item in the order will be refunded, but not the shipping and handling costs.
